Embrace a "one day at a time" mindset. Some days you'll feel great, others you'll feel completely exhausted. Accept that your energy levels and mood will fluctuate. Don't push yourself too hard on the bad days, and celebrate the good ones.

Be selective about who you share news with. It's okay to hold off on telling some people about your pregnancy until you're ready. This gives you time to process the news yourself and manage the influx of questions and advice on your own terms.

I still do this after birth. Seems like after a baby, you still can't fully drain your bladder, so I do the back and forth motion to squeeze it all out!

Save some money and create your own Maternity tops. Try wearing a camisole or tank top under your normal shirts. This creates a longer, layered look that keeps your belly covered even as your tops get shorter.
